Our Mission
We stand with those who serve — strengthening military families through education, recognition, and lasting financial security.
Established in 2024, the National Military Community Foundation is a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to honoring, supporting, and advocating for veterans, military spouses, and their families. Through meaningful recognition of their achievements and advocacies, we uplift the voices of those who serve and strengthen the military community worldwide.
One of our cornerstone initiatives, the Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year® (AFI MSOY®) Program, operates as part of our mission to amplify the contributions of military spouses. As an activity within our 501(c)(19) nonprofit, the AFI MSOY® Program empowers spouses through leadership opportunities, advocacy efforts, and community engagement, ensuring their vital role in the military family is recognized and celebrated.
Beyond advocacy and recognition, the foundation provides educational opportunities for veterans and military spouses, offering avenues for professional development that empower them to enhance their expertise and expand their impact.
